The Biggest Loser !


Julie Hadden

Season 4
Weight lost: 97 lbs. (from 218 to 121 lbs.)
Since losing almost 100 lbs. on the show, Hadden has undergone a lot of changes. Last December, she adopted a newborn son, Jaxon, and added late-night feedings and diaper changes to her workout regimen. "I have new time challenges but my own health and fitness are priorities," says Hadden, who attends a women's fitness class three days a week for 90 minutes. To relax, Hadden runs twice a week and insists the key is "never think you're done."

Season 4
Weight lost: 85 lbs. (225 to around 140 lbs.)
The former U.S. Army private is working to become a psychologist and is gearing up for her first triathlon. "I find a new goal every time I achieve a previous goal," says Whang. And she's encouraged her whole family to live a healthier lifestyle. "My brother Joseph has lost 14 lbs. and my brother-in-law, Ken, lost 30 lbs."


Maggie King

Season 5
Weight lost: 70 lbs. (from 239 to 169 lbs.)
With a slimmer body, King has developed a penchant for shopping. "Now that I can fit into regular clothes, I enjoy buying the latest styles and trends," says King, who is studying to becoming a personal trainer and nutritionist. To clear her mind and keep up her cardio, King goes on regular jogs with pals and goes to the gym five times a week. "Finding a friend to join your workouts makes them seem easier."

Poppi Kramer

Season 3
Weight lost: 107 lbs. (232 to 125 lbs.)
The stand-up comedian (pictured with a friend), who's now a size 2, says "cardio is as second nature as brushing my teeth now." She works out at the gym six days a week, making sure to do 6-12 hours of cardio weekly. Her diet trick: "Look into veggie options," she says. "Soy or veggie products have half the calories, fat, and carbs as most meats."

Jenn Widder

Season 5
Weight lost: 80 lbs. (254 to 174 lbs.)
Motivated by her own Biggest Loser experience, Widder is currently working on a kids program to promote healthy lifestyles called SpikeFit at her local gym. "SpikeFit was [trainer] Jillian [Michaels's] nickname for me," says Widder, who is training for her first half-marathon in October. How does she stay motivated? "Find a workout you love," she says. "I get excited about going to spin [class] at 9 a.m. every Saturday."
