After the weekend , spending almost half my salary buying stuff, like rice cooker, water filter mineral, and also blender...and whole lotta groceries and some personal stuffs some clothes for me, some toys for jasmine(she have good result for her exams-mainly 90%-A's),went for makan at Chicken Rice with together mom also, wanted to watch movies but full house for Toy Stoires, so today, i am back on track with my working day again today at the office... no monday blues as i work out this morning.....heheh(thanks to the happy hormon)
but, i woke up abit late , should be 5.30am, but i finally woke up by 6am luckily...and came to gym and still manage to workout on my crosstrainer for 20min and also 20reps sit up and also 50reps of plank.But didnt manage to wash my hair and make-up but manage to do a quick bath.
Maybe during break at12pm, i will manage to go for a full bath. hehehehe. Well i realised my tummy is smaller and also i think i losing but slowly. I dont want to push myself too much!
But still go on which ever i am comfortable in, but still workout, muay thai and also watching what I eat. ..is most important!
So far I haven’t weigh myself yet, so I wouldn’t know, but just checking maybe by end of this week, I am targeting to lose at least 4kg this end week! I might need to buy weetbiz also. And lessen some brown rice too. Take more milk protein and also weetbiz and also bread only.
So I will update some picture of me training at muay thai….in my next session…

Yeah I kinda injured my leg as well, too much kicking! Luckily I did get semersing to buy some oilment from thai for me…..its been like more than a week man!my shin area is still pain...
