I have change my eating habit and workout has been a goal for me now.
Yesterday i was late for work , so I didnt ate breakfast just drank milk then noon I ate ikan bakar and ulam, then night no eating but instead workout for 20mins -weights, then slept.
Today, I went to gym early at 6.45am workout cardio for 30mins and then I planned to do another session after I have finishes work at 9.30pm. So from 9.35 to 10pm I will do another cardio for 20min. Then, bath and sauna.
Tomorrow is Saturday, I wonder what time the gym open so I could do another cardio in morning, then after work I have Muay Thai again….after 4pm
Then Sunday although I am off but I am still under program for losing 10kg for this month, as per stated with ija. She said she has been really soft with me , said for 7years I have not been consistent with my weight, and said I am all talk no action, till I have fat belly then think to lose weight again. Said eat don’t think twice and workout half way then give up.
Although her words is hurting but I know she is scolding me for good reason. So I already make a pledge that by Raya, I will lose 20kilos. She said yes it’s possible but don’t just say but prove it.
So I am so determined to prove it to her …Wish me best
I didn’t touch any fried, oil, sweet, salty nor fatty , No rice too…
Night no makan and no reason for eating also.
