2nd session training MT (tomoi)

My 2nd training session is slightly shorter, but it was tiring for me too, as i didnt ate any breakfast, coz i woke up kinda late on tuesday, reason is the on monday i woke up at 5am for my work and i finishes my work at 9pm, and meet my bff, after that meet with my collegeues at 12pm-2am,reached home I am too tired to do anything and slept...then next day , i woke up at 1pm and rush to go to my class, the trainer semersing is still sleeping also.
My training start with skipping rope without the rope and after that, we training on box and kick, this time i have to kick many times and also box many times. He also taught me shadow boxing and kick 10x using the big bag.
I kick better using my left leg today and also i learnt kick at leg and also kick at stomach. Its tiring as I didnt ate any breakfast ,but i still give all my power.
I felt pain all over and semersing said could buy me a oil in thailand, to slim slim my body and also cost only rm50 for 6bottle and also hand band for 30rm, he have to go jogging after this and its good to put the oil so have power to run and dont stop running even when rains..he said
Reason is he is having fight in thailand next week, so he have to train up. I said good luck.He said he might not be in ,so i could train with other trainer, like Meng, well i dont mind, just that hope that they are patience and good as well like semersing
I will start my personal training every night , i will either do jogging or cardio at home. for at least 30mins, after work, and will enroll in gym today at my workplace, its cheaper than ff as its only 50rm permonth, well as facilities not that superb but at least it has treadmill which is still lookable and not to outdated and plus the machine weight still is ok.If you dont go you dont have to pay also.
My personal goal is to reach by end month,it must be 10kg.so if now i am 80kg by end month i have to be 70kg.Then next month, July- from 70kg to 58kg. Every week i have to lose 3kg. So for july i have to lost 12kg. Its not impossible,i know as one of the body builder could do that in 2weeks, but the food intake is very very strict.No oil, No fats, No salt and after 8pm no supper, hungry eat plain wholemeal bread.
I have train no food at night now and it became a lifestyle for me to take care of my health. Not doing it for any one but myself. And also be strong and tough but still feminine chick, libra damsel mah
By August will reach to 55kg-56kg and it will be my maintain weight.Gym and also muay thai will be my routine, then i might enroll for street jazz also. i loves dancing too.
