I alreay started my gym and also 6th training muay thai, the last training was trained by big bear and also ming, but not very good , they dont really training long enuf and left you hanging.
But my collegues said i lost weight, i said of coz but not much yet its a progressing thing.So i keep doing my gym every morning, ate food which isnt oily and after night no makan.
Ija also cooked brown rice for me the other day when i said i was broke to buy any food, i ate like no body business because its taste sooo good, gosh i am hungry now.And I am gonna buy a rice cooker like her too and so can steam all the food
Plus, my gym activities is more consistent so , cross training then run abit, weight abit, so tomorrow saturday 26/6/2010 is my off day so i am gonna go muay thai,as semersing is there already back from fight at thailand,...
I am buying myself a corset and hope it would help me more. I am preparing for raya.I wanna wear my kebaya back.heheh and its a lifestyle soon...I know it sacrifice to a new lifestyle ....
So far...another news I have just converted in PST dept.Its handling rich customers well its good to learn something new and i am ready.
Hope everything is fine.....I am learning to pray again.
